In spite of my using all my psychic powers, I confess that I haven't the faintest idea. However, if the molly is female and has shared a tank with a male within the last 6 months, then probably she is.

most likely, has she been with a male? even at the pet store. they hold sperm so she can give birth multiple times whether she is with a male now or not
