Is my puffer ok?

Ur puffer hasnt setlled in yet soon as he does execpt to start finding dead bodys of fish, Also bare in mind marine salt is not the tonic salt u have been using and thats why ur angels are doing fine stick 1.002 sg in the tank with them and watch all ur fish die apart from the gobies mollies and of course your puffer.

 :S :-(

thats nothing that rummy nose tetra at our shop we fed some japo shrimps to the puffers and a neon also fell into the top of the tank (whoops) seconds after hitting the water a figure 8 bit the neon in half then another fig 8 came for the finshing blow.. nuff said...

I have had my puffer for over three months and he still hasn't killed anything.... I also keep him very well fed so he might not even have enough room in his tummy to eat anything more than the bloodworms and krill plus some plankton!

puffers are time bombs kopix...

remember, by keeping your f8 in freshwater you are making him more susceptible to disease and shortening his lifespan from over 15 years to about 5 years. the ill effects of not moving him to a brackish environment aren't going to show up overnight but are cumulative and shown through long-term damage.
