hello. i have a 20 gallon saltwater tank. 20 lbs of crushed coral and live rock. about 7-9 snails and 7-9 hermit crabs, 2 false clown fish and a red skunk shrimp (all fish and shrimp are babys) and i just recently bought a power head, with the output of 600 gallons per hour. when i turned it on my fish stayed in this one corner, fighting the current and looking for a place to hide. when i turned it off they where normal and stayed in the middle of the tank and did there normal swimming. i dont know weather i got a power head that was too big for my tank or not (by the way it is 20 g. tall wise, not long) so i turned it off for now. what should i do?

Turn it back on, or your live rock will die, then buy yourself 2* koralia 1's which will distribute flow evenly and wont blow the fish about.

500 is fine for your tank - however try aiming it at the front glass to deflect some of the flow
