Is My Molly Sick?

Hi all

we have 4 mollies and one of the white ones isn't swimming around with the rest, it's hovering in the bottom corner of the tank barely moving whilst the others are darting all over the place it also seems to b gasping and doesn't look as bright as the other white one??

Any help greatly appreciated
