Is My Mexican Walking Fish Sick?

My mexican walking fish I bought the other day I think is sick
It has no legs and it doesn't walk. Did I accidently buy the Mexican Walking fishes related cousin known as the Legless Mexican Walking fish? I am not sure. Should I take these fish back to the shop or am I getting a rare legelss mexican walking fish species?
