My Female red honey gourami has got quite fat with a black/brown spot under her belly??

no ... gouramis dont get pregnant. probably just a bit over fed

i though gouramis only lay egg when the male has build a bubble nest ... tey wont be fertilised without a male

red honeys somtimes go slightly brownish.... my female did this
