Is My German Ram Male Or Female? Video Included

Hi guys,

I have trawled through the forums and have even made notes on what to look for when sexing a Ram. This new guy has a slightly longer leading edge to his dorsal fin and there is no pink to the belly. However, he or she is still young, so I know the pink does not develop straight away. There also seem to be some blue spots in the black mark on the flanks. The spots do not cover the spot, so does that make it a female?

I want to add another German Blue Ram to complete a potential breeding pair, so it would be great to know this guy's gender.

I'm not positive, but I think it's a girl. A nicely colored one to boot.

Nice vid, females have pink on their belly area and are more rounded. Its likely a male.
