Is My Fish A Platty Or A Molly?

It appeared to be hybrid sphenops mollies. And your color strain of your molly is mottled or dalmatian. See them all time in my Walmart. I would never go shop for fishes there as they mixed mollies, platies, gambusia and swordtails in one tank and the workers doesn't know which one that are mollies. But they have lots of nice colors on the livebearers through.

It's defo 100% molly, which type though is difficualt.
If it's a short fin then it could be either sex as the pic's are unclear to be sure.
But it's a nice fish.
