Is My 20 Gallon Overstocked?

Is my 20 gallon overstocked? I currently have 6 cardinal tetras, 3 sterbai corycats, 1 schwartzi corycat, 1 opaline gourami, 1 dalmation Molly. Is this overstocked? I really want a German blue ram(s) so I was thinking of moving the Molly and gourami into an empty 30 gallon once I purchase it..

Maybe what kind of filtation do you have? How often do you change the water?

I'd agree that the opaline gourami and Molly need a 30 gallon. Those cories would be lonely; I'd get the groups to 6 each.

Regular aqueon power filter (hob) I do 10% water changes every 3-4 days, and I vacuum the gravel with the water change.
