is it worth it?

Sounds good to me. We're overstocked with guppies in our small town so you have to GIVE the petstore a bag of 20 guppies at a time. Eeesh. My daughter just moved to Montreal and is supplying two fish store owners with guppies now. One pays her 75 cents per 1 inch fry, which she says saves her a ton on fish food to grow them up. I think she's getting around $1.25 for the adults, or was it $1.75? What do others think?

It might depend on what type of guppy. Snowy's bf paid $6 or $8 (my brain :/ ) for a right fancy lavender male guppy. Never ever seen another like him. So if yours are something unusual you should get more for them I would think. Just my opinion though.

If they're willing to pay that price for the guppy just make sure you can multiply that same type of guppy. I'd suggest you keep several of them and set a side an actual tank for the babies and when they get half an inch you put them back in the tank with the grown ups. My guppies grow really fast for some reason, they're already an inch at 6 weeks
