hey. noticed that if you leave a bucket of water outside, mosquito larvae (or what they appear to be) are swimming around in the bucket. There seems to be heaps of them and i gave it to my fish once a few weeks back to see how they'll do. They are all still fine. But the question is, will it be safe to feed my fish live mosquito live larvae say 2-3 times???

In many areas, mosquitos are sprayed with pestacides that they are increasingly becoming immune to. Fish have never been introduced these, especially hobby fish, so be careful as they could sometimes contaminate the fish and hurt them.

I have a lot of trees in my garden and I place 25ltr plastic drums between them, every summertime I have lots of mossie larvae to give to my killifish. Mind you the mossies are not the kind that carry life threatening diseases. All I do is place a hand full of horse manure in each one in the Autumn and nature takes care of the rest.

Depending where you live promoting the growth of mosquito larvae can be dangerous to yourself, neighbors, and the local bird population...West Nile virus.
