Is It Ok To Introduce A New Fish While My Guppy Is Pregnant?

I wouldn't have asked if this was a big tank but it's only a small one about 10 gallons.
I have my pregnant female that's about to have babies anyday now and I've got the male.
So would it stress her out too much if I added another female ?
or should I wait til after she has babies? and if I wait til after she has babies ? when would be a good time?
cause I wouldn't want the new guppy to eat the babies ...

I think I'll just wait until she has the babies and then wait a little longer after that til they're a little bigger

If you've only got 1 male and 1 female I would get another female or 2 before she has the fry... after she has them she will be very stressed out, and if the male is constantly harrassing her she will probably die. If you get 1 or 2 more females, the male wont be focusing his harrassment on just her.
