Is It Ich?

Think some of my fish are showing signs of ich. Bolivian ram scratching on the gravel and a rainbow with a pronounced white coloured gill. All are eating ok and no signs of distress. Should I crack I with treatment or monitor? If it is ich I want to catch it early!!

Wait until you see the fish covered in the actual spots and you're sure what it is. Ich will not kill otherwise healthy fish at all quickly, so there's no real rush.
