CAE - no idea
SAE - no idea, i think all of these are wild caught
Bristlenose pleco - doable, most are tank bred
otos - quite hard but doable, most are wild caught
 
I think you should be able to breed a large variety of pleco.


If you want to broaden your list of fish a little, Corydora are catfish, they eat algae (when fed directly), but don't have a "suction cup" type mouth. They are can be bred pretty easily.
