Is 25 Liters Enough?

Okay so i have a 25 liter tank sitting around.
If i were to sperate it in half, would it be big enough for two male betta? or is it pushing it on the small side?

It would be like 12.5 liters each right?

I would say 12.5l is ok, others will disagree im sure
My males live in about 14L each

well im not sure but some one else will be able to tell you better persoaly i wouldnt like to, i only house bettas in 15L + i feel its alot safer

yeh when i mean safer i mean snaller tanks eg betta boxes the water stay cleaner for longer instead of daily water changes i just have a safety margin for my self

nothing smaller then 15L 1 ft high max
nothing taller the 1 ft in my exp my males never survived just keeps me happy

keep in mind this isnt literally one fish in a 12.5L box. theres 25L of water, just a physical barrier stopping the fish getting at eachother. they both have the 25L of water, they just dont have the whole physical space of the tank to use.

i dont know anything about bettas, but from what i see its important not to think of this like you would "can i put a betta in a 12.5L tank?". i think theres a difference in this situation.

Im just trying to think what i could do with it in an efficient way. And i know betta's can be kept in smaller tanks on their own, Its just wether you agree or not.
I guess it could be done.
I already have one male and he is in my 60 liter community as he would speed around the 25 so i thought he would like 60 more, but since his tumor he is not as active.

Its down to you really, if you feel that 2 males would be happy in a split 25 Litre then do it
