Invertebrates And Cichlids

Hey guys I was just wondering what invertebrates would be good in my Cichlid tank.

I have a well planted 40G Breeder tank with a breeding pair of Honduran Red Points and a Jack Dempsey (Not his permanent home.)

I'm afraid whatever invertebrate I find will end up getting eaten.

shrimp and crayfish are a tasty treat to a large cichlid.

go ahead and add them. Your fish will love you for it.
