Help! My current tank looks great now all the plants are established and it's minimal hassle to maintain...

So now I want more...

No, I NEED MORE...

Too many fish to want, and they won't all fit in one!!

But there is such a lack of decent free walls or corners in my house it's obscene.. the goldfish tank is even on the dining room table!

Is there ANYWHERE I might not have thought of.. anywhere at all....?!

*fevered ramblings.. Shaking hands...*

KITCHEN BENCH!!!

*Need... More... TANKS!*

You're mental.

The bedroom. At the top of the stairs. On your computer desk. Corner tank in the.. uhh.. corner. Throw out the tv and put a tank in it's place.

remove bed and replace with a hammock,
then place large tank on floor space let by absent bed
(don't think I havn't seriously considered this.)

If you have a spare closet, take the door off and add sturdy shelves/stands and put a couple in there. If possible, buy the double decker stands and use the same space for two tanks. A small one in the bathroom? Got a guest room? I'm trying to talk hubby into removing the wood burning heater in our fireplace and putting one in there (we have NEVER used the heater and I hate it).

I had 5 running years ago....
2 stacked in the living room, and 1 off to the side of that....so 3 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom, and 1 in the bathroom ;)

Only 5??? Amateur?!?!?! I currently have 13 set up:

5 in the kitchen on the work surfaces (makes it difficult to chop things, and had to throw the toaster out - no room)

4 in the lounge - 2 juwels on stands and 2 clearseals on a double stand. Don;t have any plugs left so can't plug in the video/dvd or the hi-fi. (or the hoover, but that is a bonus  )

4 in the dining room - 2 x 4 footers on a double stand and 2 x 3 footers on a double stand. Surprisingly, had to take out the dining table.....

I've got a brand new Juwel Vision 180 still in it's box waiting to be set up cos the only place left to put it is in the middle of the room?!?!?!

Oh...... good tip here......get one at work - have a 70 litre on my desk right now, very nice!!

See, you got plenty of room!

Racks for multiple tanks are the way to go, if your ceilings are high enough you can go 3 tanks high, also if you are keeping fish for breeding rather than visual beauty you can sit tanks width ways with the smallest side facing to get more on a tier.

  My family think im crazy for wanting another tank, and i only have a small 54 litre :/ I keep gettin illusions of seeing tanks in any space in the house :look:

Do you have a spare bedroom in your house? If you get the double tank stands, sometimes you can fit quite a few in along the walls. Get plenty of surge protector strips to plug it all in........maybe if you want air pumps, get the largest ones you can buy so you can power several bubble stones, strips, etc. in more than one tank at the time. Same with lights..........for the top tanks, you could use large flourescent shop lights, the long ones that hang from the ceiling.........we did that when we had a fish room set up, it lit 3 30 gallon tanks at the time.

Be creative! The spots are there you just have to find them.

Thought you'd be impressed.
These people are dedicated breeders.
