Introducing Betta

So i have had the other fish in there for about 3 weeks. I just but the betta in with the bag it came in to get used to the tempreture and after 20 minutes im going to let him to get used to the aquarium water.
Why does he flare at the fish? will he stop soon?

I'm not sure of the size but he is going in with glasscats and neon tetra.

Neon tetra are brightly coloured and fast, so he's probably flaring at them because he sees them as a threat. You'll also need to watch them, as they can be nippy.
Also, I'm not really entirely sure, but don't glass catfish get pretty big? If I'm right, they're also pretty territorial, as is the betta, so they might not be a good mix at all.

no glass cats are the opposite.they are very shy. It doesnt matter anymore anyway he is in the tank having fun and allready making his nest ^.^
the only problem is the fish are a bit scared but i imagine they will settle soon.

Sounds good! Just keep an eye on his fins and those neons though, 'cause when they settle down with him more they might start nipping his fins
