Interpet Pf3

i have just got a interpet pf3 internal filter ,but it deems to be making a loud humming noise,anybody else experienced this or does anybody know how to rectify,cheers in advance,kev.

maybee try giving the media a good clean and check the impellor is ok and turning freely.

I purchased a PF3, the on/off button was faulty and it was noisey. I have a big Fluval FX5 in my main tank, so this was only for my quarantin tank, but it was louder than my FX5. I could even just hear it in bed.
Just sent it back and swapping it for an Eheim on the hope it's quiter.
