Internal Parasite

Fish haven't eat for a week, is gasping at the surface almost all the time, try jumping sometimes, has sunken belly.
Its not lack of oxygen in the tank or for the fish, water too warm or bad water quality.
I've been treating him with eSHa EXIT, what the guy at my LFS recommended, but its not working.
Fish is a Nimbochromis fuscotaeniatus, around 5 inches.
How can I treat him? Thanks

I'm not a cichlid expert, but here's the best advice I can give:
I've never heard esha exit before, but it's website says it's for ich and spot parasites, so it won't do anything to internals, which is why it isn't working. Try something for internal parasites, if you feed him pellets soaking them in a mixture of tank water and a meds will help, that should help get the medication to him faster.

Yeah, i know the medication wasn't exactly for what the fish have but i just decided to try anyway, the thing is, hes not eating at all and its been such a pain to find any medication for that in the UK, stores dont have it at all, same for internet 'only from USA'.
I emailed some stores here and im waiting some answers, hope they have what i need, but if anyone has any types please share, the fish is freaking out in the tank.
