Internal Filter

I have 2 Internal Filters but not to sure which one to use in my 65litre tank.

One is a Fulval 2 Plus. The other is a Elite Stringray 15.

Just wondering if anybody knows which one is the best?

Whichever one has the largest amount of media; probably the Fluval, I would have thought.
