Hi all,

I recently added 6 Galaxy Rasboras to my tank and to say it has been a disaster would be an understatement. Seemingly, daily, fish are dying. Until today I hadn't seen any symptoms and it was simply a case of turn the light on and find a lifeless fish. However, I got home early from work today and have found a rummynose tetra with what appears to be bleeding beneath his or hers skin. To date 3 Rasboras and 3 rummynose tetras have died, as I said almost on a daily basis since last weekend.

I've added Interpet #9 (Anti-internal Bacteria) and have been dosing at the recommended rate since the first fish perished.

Thanks for any pointers,
Dan

Need more info.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

Septicemia hard to cure once it advances as it blood poisoning.
Also the bacteria from the fish can leak into the tank. It's best to isolate sick fish with septicemia.
Causes. Bad water quality, bacteria gains entry throw cuts and wounds, bacterial, dirty tanks, parasites.
