Injured Danio

I just did a water change, as usual I was using a piece of silicon tubing. My danios are always curious but this time one of them was a little too curious and got sucked up and into the bucket. I netted him straight back into the tank and have watched him carefully. He fed absolutely fine, but his left pectoral fin looks slightly damaged and some scales on his back next to his dorsal fin have come off. It's not bleeding but looks a little raw. I wouldn't be too worried but the water quality isn't the best at the moment because I'm in the middle of a fish in cycle.

Any suggestions of what I should do? I have some API stress coat, would that be worth dosing? I also have some melafix.

I reckon with some reguler water changes and observation he will be fine. You could use some melafix as its all natural with no chemicals, can't advise on the stress coat because i've never used it.

Seems to be fine this evening. I dosed the tank with stress coat, and all seems well
