I was wondering if anyone could tell me some information on the three stripe coydora? Is it also called the leopard catfish? I was wondering if it would work in my tank. I have 4 mollies and 5 platies. I have a ten gallon tank with lots of plastic plants and two shelters. I read on wikipedia.com that they can grow to be 2.5 inches. Is that true? I wouldn't really mind I was just wondering. I would like any info about these guys. I kind of want to get one! The only thing is do they need to be in big groups? Thanks!

Yes they do get that big, I wouldn't put them in a 10 gal. Best to look at some hasbrosus or one of the other smaller cories. And all cories do best in groups of at least 3 as they are a very social fish.

Ok I'll look into a different kind of corydora. Thanks!

With the stocking that you already have in your tank, the most you could have would be some of the pygmy cories like habrosus, hastatus or pygmaeus. Even these would need to be kept in a small group because of your present stock level. They are much more fun when you have them in groups of 10 or more but you don't have that much room.
