Increase Outlet Intensity

I have a tetratec ex700 and just use the U bend as the outlet, no spray bar.
But I want to increase the intensity from the U bend, which means a smaller exit hole. Does anybody have any thoughts on how to do this?

Is it tubing or rigid plastic?
Could you put it in boiling water and then used plyers to squeeze the end a bit?

It's rigid plastic. No sign of any Original part to use so need a mod.
