I'd say I'm a beginer started up in may, Im at approximately 18 inches of fish when they are all grown up, but I know I have more room as neons dont particularly put out alot of waste.

and Since I'm working at getting my tank setup as a full blown planted, more plants better filteration, more fish yay

all I may do though is add a few more neons , 1 more oto, and one more peppered cory, but that wont be for a while, as I would like my tank to mature for a little longer before adding anthing else

as for my other tank 1 dwarf puffer with a 10 gallon all to his own
