I'm Worried About My Water Test, What Do Ido?

I've just tested my water, and I'm a bit worried about the results, how do I get the water stats to how they should be? I'm not too sure what they should be, but currently they are -

NO3 50
NO2 0
GH >16d
KH 3d
pH between 6.8 and 7.2

I have a 100litre tank, containing 3 corys, 3 whiteclouds, 6 adult guppies, 3 pakistani loaches ( i think) and several guppy fry. I do a water change every 7 - 10 days.

The tests they gave me in the pet shop doesn't cover those. Is there a good one that does?

You can buy a master test kit or just buy them single.
You have a nitrate test kit, all you do is take a sample from your cold water tap and leave it for 30 minuters,
this way we will know what your nitrate reading should be.
50 ok but anything higher wants fetching down with water changes.
