well i got the stand and the tank already. i got a kit so heater, lighting, and filter all tanken care of. i also picked up some gravel, background, and some small decorative rocks. i was going to go heavily planted but my mom wont order the plants for me online so i have to stick with whats available in my area which are very limited(as far as the types i can get i mean) so for now im just going to have to get the ones i can and use fake ones to fill in the rest. in a few days im going to order 1 large(10-15 inches) and 2 medium(8-10 inches) pieces of malaysian driftwood from a catelog(which unfortunetly has plants to but you HAVE to go online or on the phone to order the plants). then on the weekend(if i have time hopefully and get enough money saved up) get some plants from a lfs. i was thinking 5 jungle vals, 5 cabomba, 5 anacharis, 5 ludwigia, 5 hornwornt, 5 "frill plant"(dont know what these are this is just what the lfs has labled them), and 5 java fern. then im going to get lots of small fake plants for the fore grounds. the first fish that will go in to it will be an angel fish, 1 albino corry, 1 otto, and 1 male and 1 female german blue ram. im going to seed the tank with the filter material from the tank these fish are in now. once its been set up for a week or 2 if everything has been going well im going get 2 more ottos and 2-4 more corries. another few weeks after that im going to get 9 neons(yes i know these might get eaten by the angel). oh and im going to try to find some pieces of slate or other flat rocks for the rams so they can possibly breed.
