Hi Folks,
I'm new to the Forum and live in the Dereham area in Norfolk.
Although I have kept freshwater tropicals for about 40 years with a gap of about 10 years(I presently have a Malawi Cichlid tank),I have just decided recently to embark on marines and have bought a little tank with all the equipment included in it behind a neat compartment at the back.
I really need a few words of advice, from you knowledgeable folks out there.
It is set up now with the live rock in which has coloured up well so something must be right.and has been for nearly a week now and so it's the waiting time for me now.
Any advice as I said would be handy,BTW the tank is only about 18 inches long so my first inmates will be very few.I was thinking of maybe a few shrimps, hermit crabs and similar invertebrates. At a push I'd eventually like about 3 or 4 small fish.
It's only to get a feel for things before I get anything bigger.
Thanks for all the help you can give me,I also want to find some other members in this area who would be able to help me too.
Many thanks for letting me in here.
Allan

welcome to the forum!

if it's marine advice you're after, then head over to the Marine section and post your questions there. Should get a better & more focused response from the other 'salties'.

Welcome to the forum. Im live in Thetford so not far from you. If your wanting marines the best place to go will be Swallow aquatics in East Harling IMO.

Thankyou very much, yes Swallows are very good we got our live rock from there.
They are a bit expensive but worth it for the quality.
