Im New N Need Help!

I have a 30 gallon tank n im getting a green spotted puffer. what water does it need n what type of plants can i use? Can i put nything else in with it?

Green Spotted Puffers are brackish fish so that may be a good sub-forum for some of your questions.
As far as tankmates go, in a 30G you could have 1 Puffer only, don't let the cute and cuddly appearance fool you,
these are aggressive little things
