Im Loosing My Fish Fast

Can any one help ...i got 12 new rummy,s and 12 new neons....i put them in to a well established tank ..with in 2 days i have lost 11 rummys..2 neons ,,,pluss ..my 1yo red tail shark,red bum cat fish and a bristle nose pleck...there is no sighn of white spot ...the ph is a bit high ..but did a water change and still thay r dieing,got up this morning to 3 dead neons and a guppy...the set up is a 4ft tank ..with a fluvel 4 in it and a fluvel 3...its well planted ..its stressing me out big time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!......if any one can help will u get back to me ...many thanks 1 stressed up mac

HOW ARE THE FISHES behaving. are they breathing at the top. what are the nitrate or nitrite levels. etc etc.

the fish are behaveing the same as ever the nitrate is bang on the ph is a little high but i have done 2 20% water changes ....so is shd b bang on now i will test in for the ph again in about 6hrs.....this one has got me....i have never lost fish in this scale be for....have kept them 4 years......thanks
