Ok ... I'm new here and unfortunately bought a clown loach from somewhere that was infected with whitespot or ich or whatever you call it, I didn't know at the time, but it's spreading like wild fire on my betta

He had one white spot on his one fin, which disappered after a few days, so I transferred him to a seperate tank, but now it's getting worse, he has atleast half a dozen spots all over his body. I have treatment that I'm putting into his water, but I don't want to lose him

Any advice?
