Identify Gourami Disease?

**I thought maybe this could be ok in this forum, but if it can only be in Diseases then let it be moved.

I have a blue gourami, and recently he's developed red bloches on his body. One large one at the base of his tail, and a smaller one on his caudal fin. It looks like it's on the inside of his body, and he's not inflamed or swollen.


Ideas?
