Ideas For New Tank Mates Please

We have recently upgraded our beginner tank (Juwel Rekord 96) to an Aquatropic 260 litres, very scary at the time but our original fish love the extra space. We have 2 bristlenose plecs, 2 red rainbows, 3 clown loach, 2 balloon rams we recently added a sailfin plec to the crew and 3 blue panachax but we need some more fish that are top dwellers. The new tank is 100x40x65 so its very tall, its well planted with bogwood and rock. Any ideas would be gratefully received. Thank you

What's the pH and hardness of your water?

Sorry, but I'm afraid the clown loach and sailfin plec (if it's a gibbiceps, which they usually are) will all outgrow your tank (or be stunted if you try and keep them) and you really ought to look at re-homing them before you think about adding anything else.

Being a bit dim, but did you get the AquaTropic tank from a Maidenhead Aquatics?

If so, the tank is a lot smaller than you think volume wise...

AquaTropic 60 - 65L
AquaTropic 80 - 110L (this is the 100cm long one)
AquaTropic 100 - 160L (believe its 4ft/120cm long).

And to agree with Fluttermoth that the clownloach and the plec are completely unsuitable and need to be rehomed before they start suffering...
