Thanks Truck. :good:

I'll be interested to see how this turns out. 6 votes so far, and no 2 votes the same..............

 Get the impression you are wanting more than a Betta tank!

With a spare tank that size, I would be tempted to get Dwarf Puffers. Love the little puppy dog eyes and have wanted to own them again for a long time.
Tanganikyan shell-dwellers would also be great in a tank that size and a completely different look to your planted one.
prcicsely what i said

Well, I voted "other" as I didn't see pirahnas on your list of options.

Seriously, I think a totally shrimp tank with lots of shrimp of different varieties would be awesome. Cherrys, amanos, ghosts, etc.

I voted Dwarf puffers, I have not kept them YET. but I think they come across as intelligent, interesting, unusual and Well, I want some  (All in good time) lol

Hey, maybe you should put a Jack Dempsey in there and then we could all get upset with for having too small a tank.

Good idea WD, but i've already decided on 15 goldfish and a pangasius cat.

edit: oh, and maybe the piranha that RDD kindly suggested.

I voted for Dwarf Puffers. I have never had any but they are one of my "must haves" for the future. If I had enough room and I could convince my parents to let me get another tank I would get some. But I think I'm already pushing the whole pet thing with a tropical community tank, a betta tank and a budgie (with a cage of course) all living in my room. LOL

oooh what about a RTC and a shoal of bala sharks as well :good:

Thanks for voting everyone, and it looks like Dwarf Puffers won, but I'm not sure I'm keen on having to clip their teeth, which from what i've read is inevitable.

I think I have made my final decision, a pair of Apistogramma Cacatuoides.

I've subscribed to PFK magazine today, so I'll be getting a free Fluval U3 which will deal with the filtration. I might get some sand and decor tomorrow......... (actually today isn't it) :hyper:

BTT
