When I get older, I'd really like to set up my own little breeding farm. Are there any suggestions out there? I know how to breed bettas, livebearers, but i don't know anything else. help is wonderful. thnx.

Well it depends on what you want to breed. Given the right conditions, mbuna cichlids are easy to breed as are a lot of catfish species. You'd need a lot of tanks, a lot of electricity and a lot of time to be really serious about it.
As an example, the guy I bought fish from on the weekend keeps certain fish in a dark room when they are holding eggs. This is so the lights don't spook the fish. When he feeds them he does it in the dark and when going into the room wears all black. Noone else is allowed in the room during that time
