Looks to me like a fantail guppy/endler cross.

definate guppy x endler hybrid.

Very beautiful though! and to be fair, most of them are hybrids these days, he is just an obvious hybrid.

Care for him would just be that of a normal guppy too...

Would love to see more photos, he is gorgeous and to be fair, not seen one exactly like him before!

+1 the patchwork on the fishies body is very lovely. And the colors are very very nice.

Thanks everyone, to be honest its a poor picture, their colours are very vibrant there's pink, purple, blue and green, they look particularly good when the sun catches them. Will try for some better pics, but phones aren't too hot at snapping hyper fish!
