Thats a Leopard Sail-fin Pleco/L165. Grows very big so needs a very large tank. Produces massive ammounts of poo. Very common pleco, you won't fetch much if you tried to sell it.

i noticed the poo

thanks i had him for 4 months now so he is very big ..

might just bring him back to the shop in a month or two and ask for a bristle nose pleco instead

i read they can get up to 50 cm

my 15 gallon will not be able to handle that


really don't know what to do with him when he get bigger and i don't think the shop will take him of me

They should take it back, tell them it gets too big for your tank, there is no reason why they cannot take it back

Why not advertise him FREE in the Classified section of this forum? That way you will be sure he will go to a good home wiht someone who knows about fish

good idea
