The other day I went into petco. I was there to get some plants(GOD I hope they live ) I went to some of the tanks and I saw at first just one clown loach whith ich. then I went to another tank. The clown loaches had ICH The hole fish secsion had ICH( oknot all of it but most of it). Man I hate the way they treat the fish there : .

Diseases can spread easily when all the tanks use the same filtration.

At PetCo, each section has it's own filtration unit, which is why all the Clowns in that section had ich.

My nearest LFS, quite good but still has faults, has a large corner tank with about 15 adult Clowns in it. Every one, yes everyone of them has Ich AND suffering from over-crowding (pale fishies).

I really feel sorry for these fishes because people do not want to buy infected fishes, so the Clowns are left to suffer in silence.

Good thing is I had applied for a job there myself just recently. Here's hoping I'd get it. Then perhaps something can be done to help these Clowns.
