You are only half dosing the tank so things will get worse before better, corys are not prone to whitespot, if you could remove the sensitive fish it would be so much easier.
Right if you think the fish are coping with the half med, increase it abit more gradually.
What's your temp at the moment.

Now looking into the tank knifefish does have whitespot... I will increase meds... maybe 2/3 at a time, so 60 drops instead of 45. tank is 82 F (27.8 C) Lucky for me I always keep it at that temp.
