Ibc Show In Jacksonville, Fl

Do you have to be a member of IBC or bring a betta to the show to be able to get in? Or is it open to the public? I am really curious about this show, because I am out of school for that day and wouldn't mind driving up there! If anyone knows the answer, please post it here. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure the shows are open to the public, not sure if you have to be an IBC member to show but I do know that to show a fish you either had to have bred it yourself of have permission from the fish's breeder.
