45 gallon
3 schwartz's corydoras
4 albino corydoras
8 zebra danio
7 black skirt tetras
6 harlequin rasboras
2 female bettas
1 female guppy
1 juvenile guppy
2 Blue Rams (female and male)

I was thinking one, maybe two (though the chances of them making a pair, which is not something that I necessarily want, are pretty low, simply due to probability and the off chance that they dislike one another).

The danios and tetras are not nippy at all, though the tank is not planted at all.

Therefore, I am planning on doing a major overhaul--replacing substrate, hopefully, getting a new hood since I can't find decent bulbs to fit in my current hood, getting plants. This, hopeflly, will suit them better.

Anyways, I could probably do a water test and get the specs, though the way I see it, if the rams are doing well, the angel(s) would, too.

What do you guys think?

I'd say yes;
dependant on your filtration ,housekeeping and height of the tank (at least 18" of water).
