I Was Even More Sneaky...

to get a new fish today.

already decided I would rescue one from pet shop but when I nipped in this afternoon he didnt need rescuing he was having a whale of a time in his tank and he was the same colour as my Koi2. He looked a bit tatty but perfectly happy. I had previously nipped in my aquatic centre and was astounded that they still had the best 2 (in my opinion) from the 6 they had last week! One was a multi coloured vt all blues and red and the other was dark body and yellow fins. So after I had looked at the one I thought needed rescue my car just sort of drove back to the aquatic shop

Gosh I have had to juggle tanks about, one girl has gone upstairs next to the hospital tank, holds 2 mollies who have been in there about 12 months. One other has had to go in a plastic container as it stacks better. I havent even dared look at my new boy yet in case it arouses suspicion, but he sure looks different. Photos to follow when I can get hubby out of the kitchen....

ROFL! I can't believe your hubby didn't notice! I've considered sneaking in a new betta, but my honey is too darn sharp. That, and a new tank all set up and bubbling away would sort of give it all away, considering I only have 2 tanks.
And wow! He's gooooorgeous! I love it when they have that electric blue on their tail. Darby has a little of it too. So pretty!

My mom really doesn't care how many fish I have just as long as I know what I'm doing and have a schedul for all the maintenence! Tee Hee!

I was a bit worried about the 2 I had moved from where he is. Cutie the little girl is upstairs flirting with the silver molly in the hospital tank next to her...she really is a tart! The little male I moved is trying to see past the paper at his next door neighbour.

I must not go in any more aquatic shops. I will go and have a word with the new one...still un named..stuck his nose up at betta pellets bet he has only had flake......little devil!
