i have a 29gallon with the basic light on it..will i need a new bulb ?

i wanna get some low maitenance plants and plant it up

what does basic lighting mean? how many watts? you can probably get away with plants that require low light.

Yes you can.

Anubias, Java fern, java moss. etc will do well in low light
