I Thought My Fish Died

So i walk into my room and look into my fish tank and see this.

I thought to myself "Crap, it died!"























Upon closer inspection, he was just hanging out upside down, eventually he righted himself and came out to say hi.

He certainly looked dead! Glad he wasn't. My Common Pleco did that when I came back from holiday. I went to scoop him out and he moved .

Some fish will go into a mild hibernation when temps fall.

I don't see it as weird, as where ever algae is, they will get to it

lol, i went to remove the corpse from the tank, tried to pull it out from underneath the driftwood by its tail, and it growled at me! Vibrated the whole tank, they don't call them talking catfish for nothing!

Temp is ~81, i believe its considered "normal" behavior for this species, first time its done it though (that i saw at least)

Algae is not part of their diet. They feed on almost anything else though.
