I don't know what's wrong. I posted in the same intro thread for my betta but haven't gotten any responses regarding it.

My betta is currently vertical, head towards the surface. He's barely moving. His eyes are glazed with a white and they look englared. He's been super weird the past few days whenever I come near the tank he "spazzes" and wants me to feed him. I feed him normally three times a day very small amount of flakes.

Tank size: 2 gal. Aqueon evolve
pH:
ammonia:
nitrite:
nitrate:
kH:
gH:
tank temp: 76

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior): Head is turning a marble-whitish color, eyes are glazed white, vertical in the tank, spits his food (sometimes he vomits sometimes itsjust a spit).

Volume and Frequency of water changes: once a week, 25-50% of the water.

Chemical Additives or Media in your tank: I put 2 drops of dechlorinator every time i change the water.

Tank inhabitants: bamboo plant 1/4 submerged...nothing else alive.

Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration):

Exposure to chemicals: I don't have anything to test chemicals. But when i do water changes i use distilled water.

Problem probably is using distilled water, without knowing the pH, kH, & gH it's impossible to tell if this is part of the problem. Feeding 3 times daily is way more than is needed, a picture would help evaluate this problem, as well as providing the rest of the test parameters requested. Any decent shop will test your water for free, then they often try to sell you remedies which will do noting but empty your wallet. Have the water tested, write down the results (numbers) and post them here.
