I Think Im Cycled

been getting 3ppm ammonia to ammonia 0 nitrite 1 overnight , so skipped ammonia dose yesterday tested this morning nitrites were 0 . dosed to 3ppm and went to work . tested out of curiosity when i got in from work and had ammonia 0 nitrite 1 . just tested nitrite again and got 0 tested 3 more times to rule out false reading and still got 0 . thats 3ppm of ammonia giving readings of 0 ammonia and 0 nitrite in around 15 hours . would you agree that i seem to be cycled ?

Yes it sounds good.  You can always do another dose if you want to be really sure.
 
For reference, I have just cycled my tank using mature media, as you did, and it took me 19 days to complete.  Yours has been a few days quicker I think but still realistic.

Always liked that satisfaction of completing a fish less cycle in good time and without any problems, 2 times have done a cycle using mature media
