hey there everybody,
i just tired to register and i couldn't. Then i tired typing in the user name and password... and "wa-la" it worked. I guess i have been a member here before... i just don't remember. I used to have a 30gal Eclipse Tank running saltwater with live rock, 2 shrimp, and a few damsels . It was a pretty ####ty setup. It was basicly fully eclipse except i replaced the eclipse bulbs with custom sea life bulbs and a balast.
We'll now i am here for my brother. He has a 36gal eclipse but has changed a lot more stuff. He no longer runs the hood. so its basicly a 36 gal rectangle. He has a JBJ hood but i am not quite sure which one, a bakpak2 filter and proteinskimmer, a UV Sterilizer (not sure on brand or specs, can find out). He has a clown fish, a Yellow Tang, and a porcipine puffer. He has black sand and about 35lbs of assorted live rock.
So for my first post i really just want to know what you guys think of the tank we setup and what can we do to make it better. I will hopefully get some pics soon too. Thanks and see you all around!
P.S. i also plan on building a 100~ gal later this year. So i will be looking for ideas for that.
