i like rock, metal, punk, techno, and everything but rap.

You need to be more specific in your genres. Do you like death metal? Cause that can be listed under metal.

I tend to go onto Youtube, type in two or three letters and see what artist names it suggests eg. bo - Bob Dylan, Bon Jovi, Bob Marley.
Always find a song that I haven't listened to for ages.
