So basically i have a 100 litre aquarium set up for 6-8 months.
In the tank i have a shoal of  Espei rasbora, 6-8 kuhli loach and 4 platy.

The kuhli loach have been brought recently and whenever i feed the kuhli loach the platys come down to eat the food but they end up pecking at the kuhli loach while trying to eat the food which causes the kuhli so get scared and hide.I have tried different food types and times  but to no success

So i was wondering what other centrepiece fish i could have instead of the platy. i was thinking and i came up with glass catfish, gourami, silver hatchet fish and rainbow fish.

So which fish do you think would be the best ?

What do you feed the kuhlis?
Just get a fish that eats the opposite. If you feed them meaty food, get a vegetarian fish. If you feed it vegetables, get a meat eater. :)
One thing to try is to feed the kuhlis at night so the platt doesn't get to it.

At the moment i am feeding the kuhli on Hakari sinking wafers and jmc pellets which do not seem meaty. Also i am feeding the kuhli at night if i try the day nothing gets to the bottom with the greedy platys.  Also from what i have read the hatchet fish and glass catfish prefer meaty food so they shouldn't not go to the bottom for the pellets so it would be which fish from the glass catfish or hatchet would be better suited for my tank

Feed your loaches at night!
That's what I do to keep my neons from eating all the waffers!

They both will work no doubt. I find glass catfish to be very finicky though. Mine never lasted more than a couple of months.go with the hatchets IMO. :)

Yeah i think i will go with hatchet fish, what group size should i keep for my tank. Also i was researching on a fish called badis badis. should i consider this fish as well

You want food with protein for the khuli loaches so something like shrimp pellets.

The glass catfish, hatchetfish, and rainbowfish prefer groups of 6+.

I'd go for the hatchetfish as they stay at the top and khulis stay at the bottom. Make sure you have a lid as they will jump.

HERE is some info on badis badis.
